Safety & Security
There are all types of fire protection systems with modern fire protection equipment. Trained fire fighters conduct regular drills and conduct regular training and awareness sessions for all factory workers.

Training Facility
Training is an educational process. People can learn new information,
re-learn and reinforce existing knowledge and skills, and most
importantly have time to think and consider what new options can
help them improve their effectiveness at work. Effective trainings
convey relevant and useful information that inform participants and
develop skills and behaviors that can be transferred back to the
workplace. Training & Development create environment a learning
where employees’ will be prepared to accept change, develop new
skills and take responsibility for their own continuous learning, in
partnership with their Immediate Manager & Line Manager to ensure
their effective contribution to the achievement of both
business and personal goals.
HR Policy
Although our workers and staff are quite skilled, we do provide them up-to-date training to upgrade them and make them real human capital. Because of strong HR policy protection, people work in the group with peace and harmony, with a very low manpower turnover rate while labor unrest, panic, and employee de-motivation are common phenomena in the similar business sector. Worker’s Participation
Worker’s Participation Committee (WPC)- is an unique team-building initiative in the garment industry. This committee helps to achieve the objective by creating a bridge between the top management & workers.
Through this committee, workers and management uphold their mutual interests.
Workers Welfare
The welfare of the employees at our company is an important concern to us that is why we have a team of professional doctors and well-trained nurses at standby on the factory floors. The medical team stands ready with the basic first-aid kit and other necessary medicine. The staff undergoes regular checkups and the company pays for the consultation and the recommended medicine.
A spacious dining room is present for the benefit of the employees where they take their lunch in a clean and healthy environment with all logistic support. We have a plan to give a free of cost Lunch Facility to all Employees in the future.
